Pre-Trial Preparation is an integral part of any case.

Pre-Trial Preparation has been represented in many movies/series. Given below are a few prominent ones....
Suits

Suits is an American legal drama television series created and written by Aaron Korsh. It is set at a fictional New York City law firm and follows talented college dropout Mike Ross, who starts working as a law associate for Harvey Specter despite never having attended Harvard Law School. The show focuses on Harvey and Mike closing cases, while maintaining Mike's secret.
In season 5 episode 14 of Suits titled, “self-defence”, a mock trial is conducted. In the mock trial, Mike takes on one of Louis' proteges, Kyle Durant, while Harvey takes on an old rival, Dana Scott. Mike's and his mentor's legal battles appear to be best resolved through compromise. Mike's situation entails a mock trial for associates, with Jessica acting as a Judge.
Mock trials are an abbreviated form of a real trial. Just like an actual trial, it includes opening statements, testimony, documentary evidence presentation, closing arguments, and jury deliberations. This as a result, allows the mock jurors to get real-life trial experience which in turn is expected to help them in the actual trial setting. It assists in pre-trial preparation and is considered beneficial as it unlocks the strengths and weaknesses in a case and provides opportunities for its enhancement.

Law School

Law School is a South Korean television series starring Kim Myung-min, Kim Bum, Ryu Hye-young, and Lee Jung-eun. It is set in Hankuk University Law School, and the series tells the story of students and professors in the law school who come across an unusual case. It's a drama about aspiring lawyers coming to terms with their own authenticity, law, and justice.
Ye-Seul's court date approaches in episode 11 of season 1 (Ye-Seul is abused by her boyfriend, who also happens to be Assemblyman Ko's son). There are several glimpses of pre-trial preparation in this episode, with attorneys and interns from the law firm gathering to come up with evidence and a case for Ye-Seul's self-defense plea. It's intriguing to see how much effort goes into preparing for a case prior to a trial.

The Good Wife

The Good Wife is a legal and political drama television series set in the United States. The series revolves around Alicia Florrick, who works for the fictional law firm Lockhart, Gardner & Bond.
In episode 15 of season 6 titled “Poisonous Pill.” In this episode, Florrick serves as co-counsel, with Diane Lockhart, on a test case for a class action lawsuit against a pharmaceutical company. The plaintiff’s mother committed suicide after murdering the plaintiff’s step-father while taking an anti-depressant.The night before their expert witness testifies, Lockhart asks him to mention certain side effects and subjects’ statements in his testimony. The scene is far from reality as expert witnesses are not told and allowed to lie.
In real life settings, expert witnesses are frequently prepared by attorneys prior to the trial. This increases their awareness of potential questions and allows them to prepare an answer ahead of time. This is also beneficial to the attorney because it provides them with pertinent information such as clarifying misconceptions. Expert witnesses can assist them in asking the greatest questions possible as well. This allows the lawyers to strengthen their case.
